Nice staff, breakfast options very good. We also had a very tasty dinner. Many options on the menu. Room was very comfortable, bed too. So convenient to be able to check out and walk straight out into International Terminal- about 200 metres only.

Hotel inside airport, I booked one night to transit before we back to our country, have access to their executive lounge it’s so amazing, the hostess Sri wiyani very friendly and kind, and she’s so polite, the cocktails and food was great, thank you👍

A great hotel before or after your flight, this is our second stay here, we totally recommend this hotel to other travellers, each reach to Kuta, Legian etc. threat club lounge? Check in staff were very welcoming. I have to have a big shout out To Ifan he remembered us from our last trip & stopped to welcome us back & have a chat to us. 10/10 beautiful quiet room, great rooftop bar with liver music & fabulous to watch the planes take off and land. Thanks Novotel you exceeded our expectations. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

A beautiful convenient oasis next to the airport!

Absolutely love this Hotel! The staff are so friendly and kind and the rooms are clean and quiet. Very close the airport(you walk there) and I loved the buffet and all the special waters and infusions in the lobby. It was my sisters birthday and they made such a special effort to decorate the room and give her a birthday cake. Chandra at reception was extra attentive and thoughtful too. There is a lovely pool, spa and koi pond too. Thank you for such a lovely stay x

Greatest Convenience

Decided to book a night at novotel with late check out at 6pm for a 9pm flight. Best convenience with direct access to the international departure in just a stone throw away. There is no worry needed for traffic condition nor having to reach the airport way in advance to factor in potential delays. Room is comfortable and had a good rest before the flight.
